Solve common issues safely

These guides explain supported recovery paths. Sign in on your Brand host to create a Profile-linked case.

Troubleshoot account access

Use the correct Brand host and verified account email.

  1. Return to the Brand where the Profile is managed.
  2. Sign in with the email associated with the Profile.
  3. If the link expired, request a new sign-in email.
  4. Never send a password or sign-in token to support.

Finish Profile onboarding

Resume from the first incomplete Profile Feed item.

  1. Open the Profile Feed.
  2. Complete identity and the first strong source.
  3. Review generated context before publishing.
  4. Preview the Profile and choose its access level.

Recover a source import

Inspect state and retry without duplicating source material.

  1. Open Sources from the Profile Feed.
  2. Check the latest import state and error.
  3. Retry a failed import once.
  4. Create a case if it fails again and include only the error—not document contents.

Publishing and privacy

Review access before sharing a Profile.

  1. Confirm the Profile readiness state.
  2. Choose public, private, or restricted access.
  3. Preview from a signed-out browser.
  4. Do not publish private or unverified claims.

Billing and credits

Billing changes require the designated Profile billing owner.

  1. Open the Profile billing page when available.
  2. Review balance and usage history.
  3. Use the customer portal for payment methods and cancellation.
  4. Create a case for a disputed or inconsistent transaction.

Domain setup

Verify ownership and the intended Brand/Profile routing mode.

  1. Add the domain in Brand administration.
  2. Complete DNS ownership verification.
  3. Wait for routing and TLS status to become active.
  4. Ask a Brand administrator to approve canonical routing.

Export or delete data

Identity verification is required before lifecycle operations.

  1. Create an authenticated support case.
  2. State whether you need export, correction, or deletion.
  3. Complete identity verification when contacted.
  4. Review the stated retention and recovery consequences before confirmation.
